Preparation of clause 14 resource & cost loaded construction program in line with contract conditions.
Progress Monitoring & Updating schedules, computing variance & suggeting remedial actions.
Generate & Update Earned Value project coontrols curves & reports.
Correspondence to client, consultant & contractors relevant to schedule in accordance with conditions of contract.
Preparation of progress reports (weekly, monthly & daily), weekly look ahead schdules & KPIs.
Develop resource histograms to identify both supervision & labr requirements.
Produce material / subcontractor procurement schedule & track it weekly to ensure material / sub contractor is delivered on time for seamles project delivery.
Guide sub contractors in the develpment of their master schedule in accordance with the contracts requirements & review its logic, contract compliance & interface issues.
Review contractor's weekly & monthly progress reports & highlight if any delay / risk involved.
Preparation of time - impact schedule / delay analysis & assist commercial manager in preparation of EOT (Extension of TIme) notification & detailed claims.
Monitor actual productivity at site & utilization of manpower / equipments.
Prepare need based reports for internal team & client whenever required.
