Numerous positions to fill, no market to fill voids We have encountered this situation where a client/contractor secures a number of contracts commissions and have difficulty finding the correct resource to fulfill their requirements. Usual course of action is to reach out to Agency to recruit staff or body, on paper they have the correct tick in the box but some have many boxes which are empty. FILL POSITION! It’s more economical to use Temporary Staff Look out of the box, skilled staff are in short supply, Main contractors to achieve timescale and maintain quality normally sub contract work out where the sub-contractor carries out the physical work under guidance and supervision of Main Contractor, maintaining quality and timescales whilst working within budgets.
