Title: "How do large-scale engineering projects establish progress detection systems?"

Author: "Heping Xiao/肖和平"

Abstract: The purpose of establishing a large-scale project schedule is to make more accurate and reasonable predictions based on existing actual performance. If there is no unified progress to complete the standard of %, based only on the subjective judgment of the schedule engineer, or simply calculate the completion status of the entire project based on the construction period %, then it cannot scientifically and objectively reflect the actual completion and performance, and lose it. The original purpose of the schedule was established. Benchmarking plans, WBS and operational weights, inspection targets and standards, and workload are the core of the progress detection system.
