Abstract:

Problem: You have created a Baseline CPM Schedule and now you plan on submitting it for approval. The cpm schedule is a tabular and graphical representation of how you plan to approach the project but now you need to tell all of the stakeholders in writing your approach to project. This can and should be done by creating and submitting a Baseline Schedule Narrative. This paper will give one possible solution as to the format and the content to be included in the Baseline Schedule Narrative. This paper does not suggest that there is only one way to create a Baseline Schedule Narrative.
