This report details a proposed competence matrix for planners based on the GPC Practice Standards. It shows how to adapt this to an organisation’s capability and / or competence matrix. This will be of use for the individual looking to better understand their level of competence and areas of learning, and for organisations looking to provide standardised training paths. It can be utilised with the Proposed Associate Planner Scheme (same author) to provide a cradle to grave learning needs approach. This is written from an Oil & Gas perspective, but is largely transferable
