February, 2014 - Execute the Fabrication, Installation, testing and commissioning of pipeline worksand maintain the daily and weekly progress reports
- Ensure the work progress is in line with the approved AFC drawing
- Liaising with project management team to ensure deliverable like project materials and equipment’s to meet construction requirements.
- To liaise with engineering team for the completion of approved construction (AFC) drawing and ensure complete transmittal of the same to site.
- To study the vendor manuals for monitoring the materials delivery and ensuring all inspection of material/equipment as per vendor specification.
- To liaise with procurement and material management team to ensure the project piping material delivery are in time as per planned schedule.
- Ensure the activity at site in line with the sequence of approved program of work (schedule)
- Aware of safety norms and regulation to be followed during work such as works permit procedures, confined space entry, H2S hazards, scaffolding safety etc. and ensuring that site activities are in line with required safety norms.
- Arrange all kind of permits (Construction, confined space, Vehicle entry, Radiography, Work at height etc.) as per permit to work system.
- To coordinate for the shutdown activities of tie in piping works include shut down plan preparation, manpower, machinery, shut down materials and equipment estimation.
