March, 1979 I served as Office Engineer and Construction Inspector on Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion program, worth $100 million plus. Program consisted of expansion of wastewater treatment facilioty to 70 mgd. Maintained field records for inspection and equipment documentation. Inspected offsite utility contract and onsite pile-driving operations.
