- Leading Project Controls team on six ongoing projects (Petrochemicals, Tank Farms, Cogeneration, Jetties, and Substation projects – 3 Billion USD total budget - Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC, Commissioning and Start-up phases).
- Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) Project Controls Manager of multi-billion USD Mercury Project (SOCAR-BP JV, Fluor as PMC)
- Establishment, development and successful implementation of PMO Project Controls procedures and system, and ensuring Project Controls Team is working in accordance with PMO Project Controls procedures.
- What-if analysis and schedule scenarios for critical decisions
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports to executive management
- Leading interactive planning (IAP) workshops
- Leading development and updates of Owner schedules, cost reports, cash flows, KPIs, risk register, and change management process
- Preparing scheduling and commercial terms of RFP Packages
- Technical and commercial bid evaluations
- Review, comment and approval cycle of the Contractor Level-3 Baseline Schedule Packages
- Monitoring and Controlling of Contractor schedules, monthly, weekly, and daily reports
