Job Duties :
- Reviewing project baseline schedules, progress reports, monitoring, and controlling of all in-hand projects.
- Reviewing the comparison schedules of times & resources over the baseline schedules including S curves.
- Reviewing of look-ahead construction schedules and resources histograms.
- Evaluate the subcontractor's schedule and monitor their progress.
- Reviewing the preliminary construction schedules done by contractors for tendered works as per the requirement and specification of contract documents.
- Attend various site meetings
- Inspect the site daily to assure the daily works done on time as per the approved schedules.
- Assist in following up on the schedule of activities with all contractors.
- Prepare documentation and schedules for tendering of the items not included in the contract. 10. Assist PM/RE in preliminary and final handing over.
