June, 2017 - Plans and schedules the work on-site in line with client requirements.
- Develop WBS based program in P6, including presentation of activity codes & project codes to the project.
- Define resources, assign it to activities and organize activities based on resource.
- Review/submit the program for the approval from consultant (i.e. work programs submissions).
- Update the project as per the target date.
- Record and report the actual progress of the work versus the planned work.
- Participate in weekly and monthly Progress meeting with Contractor, consultant and client.
- Update Project Manager and project management team on plans on weekly/monthly basis.
- Monitoring and control of Electrical, HVAC, Pluming and Fire Fighting works.
- Coordinates with the main contractor’s planning engineer as well as other contractors on-site to develop feasible schedules.
- Coordinates with project engineers to assess the progress of works executed.
- Report to the project manager on the progress of the work.
- Report on whether the work-progress is according to the master plan.
- Preparation of Daily and Weekly Reports based on site progress.
- Monitoring of Engineering submittals and Procurement.
- Co-ordination with execution team for monitoring site progress.
- Preparation of Notice of Delays and submitting to Main contractor on timely manner.
