- Took part in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services team.
- Prepared Project Management Frameworks, Basis of Estimates, Basis of Schedules, resource loaded Project Schedules (Level 1 to 4), Project Cost Estimates (Class I to V) and Benchmarking Reports.
- Prepared Project Controls Plans and Procedures. Planned, monitored and reported the progress of the Projects with Primavera P6 and MS Project where appropriate.
- Scheduled and monitored the plans and evaluated deviations during Appraise, Concept Selection, Concept Definition, Define and Execute phases of the Projects.
- Prepared, reviewed and issued weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Prepared Cost Control and Invoicing Procedure. Established cost control structure, cost centres and cost control codes of the work breakdowns.
- Prepared and updated Project Budgets, forecasted Expected Costs, Monitored Commitments and Actual Costs both on Accrual Basis and Cash Basis and reported to Company HQ every month.
- Forecasted cash in-flows of the Projects linked with Project Schedule data extracted from the Primavera P6.
- Prepared Stoppage Notices (when work is stopped by the client) to be submitted to clients for possible claims.
- Acted as single point of contact during External Audit of the projects by Independent Auditors.
- Prepared client and subcontractor Payment Certificates and Variation Orders.
- Tracked all key project documents, deliverables, minutes of meetings, variation orders, invoices and payments.
- Collected and tracked receipt of all closeout documents until completion.
- Participated in Primavera Trainings, BP-BTC Specific HSE Trainings, Lifting Operation Trainings.
