--> Developing work schedules & quantity takeoffs for varying services (Civil/Structural, duct banks, manholes, underground piping and drainage systems)
--> Monitoring both on and off-site progress for both Civil/Underground Piping work at Union Industrial Estate and Corridor/Berth (port) operations, La Brea
--> Engaging with site teams of varying services to minimize interface delays.
--> Reviewing plans and specifications for effective schedule development.
--> Maintaining project personnel relationships with individual discipline group leaders for effective updates.
--> Generating weekly project progress/status reports and “look ahead” schedules for management team and client.
--> Digitally archiving weekly progress and technical “Knowledge Base” photographs of all areas for assessment of progress as well as schedule impacts
--> Material Coordination and Delivery among various work sites.
--> Supporting Quantity Surveyor in performing cost analyses, estimation and forecasts.
--> Coordinating with Quality Team for developing and tracking of punch list items for close-out and handover packages.
--> Conducting delays and time impact analyses for assessment of claims to the client
