September, 2018 Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the Project Plan & My duties are -
- Monitoring the daily work activities of Sub Contractor and updating Subcontractor Progress Reports.
- Preparing presentation and presenting in External and internal meeting & after done meeting Preparing MOM & ATR.
- Preparing the Client RA Bills on monthly basis.
- Checking & Certify the Sub-Contractor/Sub Agency Bills.
- Prepare, monitor, update project schedule and highlight project delays.
- Find out the critical issues of project and send to HO for resolve.
- Daily visit at Site for works progress observation.
- Prepare DPR, WPR, MPR for Client and DPR for Chairman.
- Make Plan as Daily besis And Monthly besis.
- Co-rdinating the Materials , Labours and Equipments.
- Find out the constraint as fortnightly basis.
- Prepare Presentation for WRM & MRM.
