- Use scheduling principles and methods including CPM scheduling techniques
- Use Resource loading of schedules and Field Progress Measurement.
- Develop baseline project plan
- Provide project progress reports
- Establish the cashflow graph of project for financing purpose
- Prepare the catch-up schedule to ensure that key milestones are successfully achieved
- Submit 3 week lookahead schedule to avoid delay of activities
