March, 2018 I have a good grounding in the application of P6 together the the theory behind the build of a plan. I have specific industry related skills(policys & procedures) in managing the key constraints and impact on the plan. I also have a good grounding in problem solving and its practical application which I use regularly to refine and develop key improvements that will support the way project controls is run, making it more efficient and sustainable going forward into the future.
My current role is the production of generic P6 templates for common projects that will enable efficient plan build and improvements in the reporting, providing a means to look ahead and challange performance.
