October, 2015 Logikal Projects is a project controls consultancy. The Logikal graduate scheme provided me with knowledge of the fundamental principles of planning, risk management and earned value analysis. Most of my time at Logikal was spent at National Grid. As a consultant, I produced budgeted pre-tender baseline schedules for portfolio management. Secondly I produced schedules for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects requiring Development Consent Orders from the Secretary of State to facilitate project management practices.
