- To assist the Production Team in making strategies to attempt different activities so as to reduce both the time and cost.
- To analyze and study the delays, time loses and additional works and to work out for the EOT claims.
- Time Impact Analysis & Reports for EOT Claims.
- To revise & update the cash flow.
- To prepare the Internal WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) of different activities to insure better monitoring and boosted progress.
- Early warning of delays and critical activities and to suggest strategies and solutions to mitigate the damages.
- Resources optimization and prioritization of different activities.
- To prepare recovery plans and estimate extra resources required to cover any critical delays.
- To prepare week & month look-ahead plan.
- To prepare weekly & Monthly Progress/Executive Reports.
- To plan the materials and resources required for different activities.
- To prepare & update Manpower and Plant Histogram.
- Visiting Site frequently to monitor and understand the ongoing actual progress status.
