Senior Planning engineer
Offering a key role within a team of planning engineers on the Riyadh Metro Project of the ARRiyadh development authority worth SAR 2.0 Billion, Comprising of three Lines 4,5 and 6 covering around 60KM metro track providing MEP facilities for metro running. Managing complexities and challenges of delivering sophisticated planning requirements.
Key Results:
working with a team in the Schedule Development phase which comprised of managing Line-5 ( with Scope of 11 deep underground stations, and 60km of tunnel section, with cut and cover tunnels and shafts) with over 10,000 work activities and a budget of SAR 1.2 billion.(MEP Contract value)
Directly involved in the development of Resource loaded construction schedules and coordinating with other entities to finalize the working program. and monthly updates for tracking and monitoring purposes.
Attending the Planning/schedule meetings with the client and other stake holders to initiate, resolve, and mitigate the program issues, related to design, procurement and construction, and to discuss the criticality of activities in terms of Civils access in priority areas
