- Assist in the development of deliverables definitions and resource estimates
- Study (CD, BD, DD) and construction planning including subcontracts and delivery of materials.
- Planning with resources
- Verification of the work load
- Planning optimisation and co-ordination with various fields.
- Review and analyse contractors scheduling and planning documents.
- Identify potential delays, analyse and issue proposed corrective actions.
◊ Project control activities:
- Definition and verification of the tracking progress
- Definition and verification of Milestones and the Critical Path
- Monitor Progress and Control Project Activities including physical and financial progress, budget and delays control
- Evaluate and Report.
