Project Control Lead
Project: ACG Deep Gas Project – Appraise, Concept, PreFEED, FEED
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
· Contribution in preparation of Project Execution Plan
· Contribution in preparation of Project Charter Document
· Contribution in preparation of Project Risk Assessment and Management Plan
· Contribution in preparation of Scope Development for Contractors
· Preparation of CAPEX Cost Estimate for Integrated PDQ Platform (Class V to Class III)
· Preparation of Integrated Project Execution Schedule
· Preparation of Benchmarking of Local Cost Norms versus North Sea Norms.
· Review & validation of Basis of Cost, Schedule & Weight Estimates prepared by other Engineering & Design Contractors
· Manage and provide verification on Contractor’s Progress regarding both Cost & Schedule
· Perform and manage reviews of project reports including monthly and weekly progress reports
· Review and Control Contract Cost of the involved third Parties to identify and control Cost & Schedule Risks
· Participate in critical discussions with Contractor’s on Project issues and Client’s concerns
· Ensure contractual deliverables are prepared and submitted to appropriate stakeholders
· Ensure systems and procedures for scheduling and budgeting are in place to monitor schedule and budget progress
· Ensure schedule and cost data and information are aligned with contract requirements
