Project Control/Services Lead
· Management of Project Control and Administration Team;
· Development of following procedures for the establishment of Effective Project Controls System: Planning & Scheduling Procedure, Progress Measurement & Reporting Procedure, Cost & Invoice Control Procedures, Management of Change Procedure, Document Control Procedure etc.
· Establishment Weighting System for Planning & Progress Measurement;
· Preparation and issue of Bi-Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports;
· Control of Contractors’ Engineering Deliverables in terms of schedule, cost and quality constraints;
· Evaluation of Contractors’ Cost Estimates, Preparation of Integrated Project CAPEX Cost Estimate (Class III)
· Preparation of Integrated Project Level 1 to Level 3 Execution Schedule for the Construction of Topside, Jacket, Pier and Modification of existing Offshore Receiving Facility.
