Preparation of Baseline, Revised and Recovery Schedules including resources for Engineering, Procurementand Construction Phases. Carry out assessments of Extensions of Time and the associated Cost impacts of change against baseline. Establish and implement methods for determining activity durations within assigned disciplines andspecialties Review and assess the work sequence with the total project plan in line with construction team to providetarget and forecasted schedules, in addition to analysis of schedules submitted by sub-contractors. Develops specific project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures, and recommends appropriatemodifications and revisions for new work items assigned. Producing planning reports for input into the monthly, weekly reporting process. Attendance of Client, suppliers and sub-contractors meetings.2.
