Design and construction of major upgrade works to two London Underground District Line depots. These were multi-discipline construction projects required to facilitate maintenance and stabling of the new S7 rolling stock.
Ben was responsible for coordination of all physical works. Maintaining a good relationship and consistent liaison with the depot staff and other key stakeholders. Other responsibilities included; site management, HSEQ, staff management, sub-contract management, planning, cost control, design coordination/compliance and all assurance requirements for contract completion.
