Main Roles:▪ Developing solutions for the architectural complexities of client;▪ Creation of Preliminary, Basic and Executive Project and responsibility for implementation and supervision of the execution.▪ Project Planning Site EngineerProject: New Tripoli International Airport Main Roles:▪ Technical Organization, Supervision and Execution of 7500 piles at short auger method, cast in place of Ø800, Ø1000, Ø1500, Ø2000, with an average depth of 20m;▪ Preparation of Planning, contractors engagement, aquisition of resources, such as, material, equipment and manpower;▪ Responsable for the execution of all concrete works, of Este Terminal A. Estimation of 30.000m3 of concrete and 6000Ton of steel;▪ Preparation and execution of piles Cutt-off by "Elliot" method, using cross hole and hydraulic equipment wedge (Darda); Planning OfficerProject: Subconcessão do Baixo Tejo - IC32 Highway Main Roles:▪ Development of suitable method and construction sequence optimizing resources in order to complete te project safely, in time and within budget, utilizing Microsoft Project software.▪Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated master project schedules including Front-end Loading, Detail Design, Procurement, Construction and Start-up/Commissioning Project Stages;▪ Identify and communicate schedule variances to the engineering and production management.▪Time–Impact Analysis. Develop and implement a basic change management system for schedules, provide project team schedule alerts, identify critical path, analyze progress trends, and recommend corrective action; Estimator / PlannerProject: International Airports of Bata, Mongomeyen and Malabo - Equatorial Guinea Main Roles:▪ Prepare tender Main schedules and managed baseline schedule for ongoing projects;▪ Collaborate with quantity surveyors and estimators;▪ Evaluate supplier and subcontractor offers, check and finalize tender costs and documents. Senior Planning EngineerProject: Kizomba Compound - High standard Residential Compound of 125 villas and Technical Area and Common Spaces.
