Presently I was a part of project monitoring and planning group at our Corporate Office and majorly
Involved in
- Finalization of BOQ, Pre-qualification of Contractors, Inviting Tenders
- Planning and scheduling for various activities involved along with resource requirements using MSP tool.
- Preparing cash flow statements, projected cost to complete statements.
- Monitoring progress of project and reporting critical issues affecting the progress and the budget of project to the management.
- Preparing various MIS report for management.
- Handling coordination with engineering and review consultants for finalization of drawings.
- Organizing co-ordination meeting with contractors and different agencies for smooth execution of works, preparing catch up plans for any delays.
- Reviewing BBS, Estimating quantities checking and certifying Running Account Bills of Contractors.
