December, 2014 • Involves in tender process, developing the dates and programme• Reviewing contractor programme to be inline with the project criteria• Involves in monitoring Sub Contractor report, progress and programme analysis• Analyze on the Submission Programme, Design, Procurement & Manufacture Programme, Installation Programme, Test & Commissioning Programme, Baseline Programme, etc.• Provides programme update and report to client• Support System Planning Manager on all Systems Planning & Interfacing Planning Issues• Coordinate and participate in project documentation preparation for Project progress status• Planning work breakdown structures, define activities, establish sequence activities and budget within the project scope management.• Assist team on the Primavera database (Primavera Admin)
