Project Title : Harweel Cluster facilities - Phase II (Up Stream -Project)

Scope of work : EPC project for includes Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, 132 KV Sub Station, Commissioning of Utilities, Infrastructure and Telecommunication systems.
Oil separation and export, Gas cleaning and export with sour gas, re-injection facility, includes EPC of site fabricated tanks, main production station, compressor station, booster station, well heads and remote manifolds trunk lines, export lines, gas injection trunk lines & GRE flow lines.
Role : Preparation and Updating of Master Project Schedule and Planning & Scheduling of Activities linking them to project, identifying all critical paths within a project by using float path analysis, timely use of S- Curve;
Preparing Daily report, Daily Commodity sheet, weekly L4& L3 PMS,Weekly & monthly progress reports including actual & planned progress curves, narrative of activities completed; In progress planned & project delay analysis status, drawings status, area of concern and material delivery status.
Customizable graphics including Gantt charts, Activity Network Diagrams, Time scaled Logic Diagrams and Histograms;
Allocate resources to activities using distribution curves to accurately reflect how the work is performed-Progress monitoring Planning Vs Actual.
Break activities down into smaller weighted steps and track the completion of the steps to determine the activity percent complete.
Preparation of detailed Project Completion plan based on WinPCS Check sheets and Completion certificates(C-001H/ 002H/ 003H) and monitoring the progress.
Preparation of System handover Tracking Plan with Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Activities.
Preparation of detailed Milestone Completion Plan based on System / Subsystems and related activities to them.
