Updating schedule, making progress report.• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts. Reports and analyses deviationsfrom plan.• Analyse gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern whichrequired action.• Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
