Responsibilities Held :
Preparing of Project Master Schedule by co-coordinating with all department like Engineering, Procurement & Construction using PRIMAVERA V.6 Software.
Preparing Project WBS, Project Planning Procedure, Progress Measurement Methodology & Project Co-ordination Procedure.
Prepare & updating L2, L3 Schedule for Project using PRIMAVERA V.6 Software.
Development & updating of Functional Schedule (S-Curve) for engineering, Procurement & Construction.
Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
Workout Engineering work hours Productivity.
Preparation Internal weekly MIS reports which gives the quantitative progress of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement, overall progress, milestone achievement and critical issues.
Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
Providing status /forecast and mitigation Plan, Proposing process recovery plan for overdue documents.
Monitoring Pipe-rack Modular Fabrication at L&T, Sohar, OMAN for RHIP Project, PDO.
