Started off in the PC Business Unit providing technical support for Artemis 7000. I worked in many positions including pre-sales, consulting, software development manager (Consulting) and the International Support Manager covering every country outside of North America and Japan.
In this role I re-organised support so it became more customer focused and less monotonous for those working in support. The result was a huge reduction in outstanding client requests, happier customers according to the surveys and greater throughput of calls.
The interaction with other departments (Development, Product Management, Sales & Consulting) also improved.
