·         Project planning, scheduling and monitoring involved in EPC projects (Oil & Gas / Power Plants).

·         Review of ITB documents and project details.

·         Detailed project review for preparation of proposal schedules.

·         Development of a Level 3 EPC schedule for proposal projects.

·         Development of a fully resourced EPC schedule for project execution.

·         Development and preparation of Project Control Documents inclusive of progress monitoring sheets, s-curves, project KPIs and progress reports.
