2. Evaluates and Monitors reports from sub-contractor’s programme.
3. Monitoring site for technical and progress reports/status such as S-Curves, Cash Flow, Histograms, Productivity Reports, Manpower and Equipment et al.
4. Maintenance and updating Project Schedules. Routinary data input and collection.
5. Assists in the preparation of delay assessment reports and claims.
6. Preparation of comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations for Company Executives and Site PMT’s.
7. Coordinates to various departments/individuals with issues in the implementation and control purposes of the Programme of Works.
