Technical Office Manager. Technical Office Manager for the Project. Work Consists actually of two FIDIC Contracts (highway total length 112.5km). I am responsible for the creation of a work program (P6) representative of the work. I have also set up from scratch everything related to the starting of the works and the continuous reporting of it since. Setting up of the plan and procedures, reporting infrastructure, Method Statements, Notice of Operations, coordination of RFIs, etc, also fall into my area of responsibility.
