Planning Engineer – (Khalifa Port Project) January 11, 2008 to July 2010 Job Description as Planning Engineer: • Planning and scheduling through Primavera software (P3, P5 or P6) including loading of resources and cost. Prepares and analyze critical path activities, preparation of work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure. • Prepare daily progress report and weekly progress report. • Weekly updates of project schedule. Prepares delay analysis and make proposal to recover the delays. • Prepares progress S-Curves, monitors actual VS early and late plan curve. • Prepares resources histogram (equipments and materials) and cash flow diagram. • Attends weekly planning coordination meeting with the other partner's planners. Resolving out of sequence activities resulted from primavera updates and solving any conflict in partners’ interfaces.
