The AccountabilitiesPlanning:Development of Project specific WBS, Master Program for “Greenfield & Brownfield” project and consolidating various sub-contractors program to achieve required deliverables & milestones.Tracking and reporting on statutory approvals’ compliancePreparing and tracking Tender Event Schedule, floating of tender, PQ, Checklist, participating in tender negotiation meeting with various sub-contractors/vendors.Review and approval of Contractor’s schedule in-line with master program, Extension Of Time Claims based on the approved contract program; As Impacted Baseline Programs, Calculating cash in-flow from BOQ, Cost loading and generating cash flow S-Curves & Tracking.Calculating Manpower requirement based on quantity and productivity, Resource loading and Reproducing Manpower Histogram & Tracking.Preparing the MOMs, Review Monthly & Weekly Reports, KPIs, 3 Months look ahead schedules,Procurement and delivery schedule of approved materials by sub-contractorDevelopment and Tracking of GFC drawing schedule receivables from design consultant and releasing to sub-contractors. Coordination: Taking part in project from initiating, design, procurement, construction and handover to end user, Participate in preparation of layouts / master plans for the projectsCoordinating with various contractors for schedule coordination and monitoringDelay analysis to identify / suggest mitigation measuresFollowing various statutory approval process required for setting up the projects,BOQ review and preparing of Tender Bid Analysis (TBA)Tendering process for different packages from floating of tender till the award of contract,Monitor and analyze the manpower histogram and S-curveReview of various variation order and potential claims for approvalInvolve and support the project teams in development of “as-built drawings” and facilitate handing over process  Project 1- Trichy Foods Factory Project under ICMF (Rs. 300 Crs.)Project 2- Ambarnath Foods Factory Project under ICMF (Rs. 143 Crs.)Project 3- Mysuru Foods Factory Project under ICMF (Rs. 133 Crs.)Project 4- Kapurthala Foods Factory Project under ICMFL (Rs. 360 Crs.)
