· Assured Contractor’s programme after contract awarded based on planning principles, Transmission Procedure 193, mandatory milestones, outages, links, budgeted cost and WBS mapping.
· Ensured Contractor’s programmes are fit for NEC3 type of contract – Option A –E.
· Resolved issues avoiding the acceptance of the contractor’s programme by working closely with all stakeholders and provided guidance on issues such as cost spread beyond activity dates or inconsistency between PMI and total baseline budget / Target Cost.
· Updated programmes based on reporting calendar and transferred contractor’s data using Maxavera, identified baseline variances and communicated them to stakeholders.
· Accepted and re-baselined Contractor’s programme based on approved compensation events (CE) or approved change request forms (CRF).
