April, 2015 - Review and comment on work schedule prepared by the contractor and report findings to Project Engineer.
- Review and comment on other planning/progress related reports submitted by contractor including progress invoice.
- Monitor work schedule and status, ensuring progress reported is a true reflection of work achieved and report areas of concern to Project Engineer.
- Attend any relevant planning meetings with Project Engineer and Contractor.
- Scrutinize in detail the contractor work schedule in relation to logics, critical paths, floats and lags and make any necessary comments to Project Engineer.
- Prepare and revise Project Completion Schedule (PCS) when needed.
- Analyze any contractor claims or any schedule impact and report findings to Project Engineer.
- Report scheduling portion of Monthly Progress Update (MPU)/Budget-Item Summary Report (BISR) and any other related schedule report for Saudi Aramco Executive and Corporate Management.
