· Review the Contract & Scope of works.
· Preparation of Planning Schedule, Co-ordinate with Project Manager & Discipline Engineers using "Primavera 6.0 or MS Project" establishing PMS in order to track the project schedule.
· Incorporate Resource and/or Cost Loading data into schedules as required.
· Preparation of Budget and monitoring with actual.
· Assist Project Managers in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule, and help in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems.
· Continuously monitor progress against baseline scheduleand task proactive steps to publish look ahead schedules and recommended corrective actions where required.
· Continuously trouble shoots and provides Project Manager early warnings on Baseline schedules.
· Provide information as needed on the content, modification, or presentation of project schedule.
· Preparation of Cash flow statement as monthly wise.
· Preparation and submission of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports including ‘S’ curves & Manpower Histogram updating on P6 & MS Project.
· Preparing & Issuing the Look Ahead Plan to the Discipline Engineers.
· Continuously monitor the progress as per Look Ahead Schedule with Discipline Engineers.
· Guide Discipline Engineers on close monitoring of Progress as per detailed schedule
· Preparation of Monthly Invoices as per approved PMS/BOQ.
· Monitoring on Resource Requirements, Planning and Scheduling.
· Weekly Progress Review meetings to Highlight on the critical areas and immediate actions.
