Contractor: DSG Contracting, Turkey, AL Bawani Company, KSA, AJA Trading & Contracting, KSA
Responsibilities:
The Project is in Monitoring Phase and following, but not limited to, are the responsibilities as a Planning Engineer on the Project;
Monitoring of the Project Progress in comparison with Base Line Schedule, 2 Weeks Look Ahead, 2 Months Look Ahead and Master Schedule
Review and Analyze the Claims of EOT, submitted by the Contractor in accordance with the Contract Agreement and Baseline Schedule
Ensuring that the Policies / Protocols of the Client are being followed by the Contractors within the Limit of the Contract
After updating the Schedule, performing analysis of delays, Critical Path Method, Cost and Schedule Variance
Performing Earned Value Management, Cost Controlling and Preparation of Cash Flows
Preparation of Recovery Schedule with the Assistance of Construction Team by considering the remaining work over remaining duration of the project as well as the Productivity.
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Dashboard Reports, Progress Presentations For the Higher Management of the Client
Intensive Coordination with Resident Engineers, Construction Staff and Managing a Small Team of Engineers and Inspectors
Intensive written communication with the Contractor
Presenting Project Progress and Issues to the Client in Daily/Weekly Progress Meetings
Review of the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report submitted by the Contractor
Prepare Different Sheets for better and Improved monitoring of the Project
To give input for the Agendas and Minutes of Meeting in coordination with Senior Resident Engineer
