- I worked on a NEC 3 Contract project with National Grid that involves replacing gas analyser houses across 28 different sites. This involves bi-monthly progress updates to the programme in Primavera P6. Responsible for all aspects of project control and reporting, including project change management, estimate development, cost control, progress measurement, schedule development and schedule controls.
- Developing project plansfrom a blank sheet using work breakdown structure (WBS), project breakdown structure (PBS) and evaluation of schedule float. Used planning and spread sheet software applications to the level required by the Contract, Client or Project Manager. Developed various Excel dashboards for reporting.
- Producing Level 1 (Milestone), Level 2 (Summary), Level 3 ( Detailed) and Level 4 (Resourced) schedules for programmes, projects and work packages; incorporating milestones, critical path analysis, resource histograms, earned value management (EVM)-Period End Earned Value reporting – comparing forecast EAC, BCWS and BCWP with actuals, recording reasoning for variances and calculating SPI / CPI and SV / CV, expenditure profiles ('S' curves) indicating budget, actual, committed & forecast expenditure, SPI & CPI and KPIs. Produced fully integrated plans/programmes in the format required by clients and project team that includes design, procurement, consents, construction and commissioning.
- Responsible for all aspects of project control and reporting, including project change management, estimate development, cost control, progress measurement, schedule development, delay analysis and schedule controls.Support project managers/engineers in the construction of resourced project plans using Primavera in line with company standards, and the project structure as identified by the project manager.
