Coordinate with project team to develop the project work breakdown structure, schedule, time/resource estimates , weights, and baselines/s-curves
Do the necessary effort to close any issues with Customer regarding project planning & control
Assist in the different type of plans required by the department
Coordinate with project team to collect data regarding project progress and consolidate the report as per agreed formats with Customer
Coordination with project team and subcontractor to obtain subcontractors schedules in time
Assess subcontractors performance and raise timely issues if performance is not per agreed standards
Provide cost control with necessary information required to analyse project cost performance in consideration of project progress and issues
Provide timely reports on construction progress, resource utilization, and site constraints
Prepare project payments related to progress in timely manner
Prepare the project cash flows as and when necessary
