Planning & Contract Management for the oil & gas structural projects, such as: Sucction Piles fabrication for P-55 (Saipem - Petrobras), Living Quarter fabrication & Assembly for a Drilling Rig Unit DRU#01 (EEP – Petrobras) and others, where I make all the interface between the client and internal stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Quality and etc), in charge of WBS, Schedule, S-Curve, Claims elaboration, performance indicators and management reports.
