Scheduling all EPCM activities using Primavera P6, Summary Reports, Progress ‘S’ Curves, Cash Flow Plans Preparation Internal weekly MIS reports which gives the quantitative progress of Engineering Deliverables, Procurement, Construction progress, Milestone achievement and Critical issues. Two and Four week look ahead programs, Monitoring of works including weekly progress check and analysis, change of internal program as and when required, Periodic Reports along with progress curve/progress updates, Risk assessment, and suggestion of mitigations measure to avoid impact in progress of works, preparation & review of time claims as well assisting QS in preparing cost claims, checking of variations from subcontractors, progress invoicing, tendering, draft correspondence, perform progress meetings etc.
