June, 2015 Assist to create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Assist to provide inputs to planning in terms of schedule of procurement & engineering, Project deliverables, and duration for different project activities, pre-commissioning & commissioning etc.
Preparation of Gantt chart/Activity Chart and time to time up gradation to report site progress.
Prepare the pre-start estimate for project work according to site condition/ parameters in consultation with Site In-charge.
Assists in developing specific project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures and work on appropriate modification and revision.
Co-ordinate with procurement team & all the concerned for raise the material purchase requisition stage to material purchase requisition stage to material received stage at site.
Work with the performing organizations and units to coordinate work sequence with the total project plan.
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis.
