Project Controls Advisor– Pipeline / Cheniere Energy, Camron, LA August 2014 – Present Responsible to provide oversight & support the project controls team with schedule, and risk management procedures andreporting requirements in order to ensure an appropriate level of project controls is in place to effectively manage project andensure operational readiness is complete by the end of EPCM substantial completion. This includes assisting inimplementation of web based statusing portal (Syntempo), incorporating dashboard reporting and analytics; developing datamitigation strategy from Microsoft Project to Primavera and establishing a consistent and uniform method for development,updating, and maintenance of Sabine Pass LNG Terminal Ready for Startup Schedule (SPT‐RFSU). Responsibilities• Manage all related project control activities develop and executes project controls policies & standards where applicable• Provide oversight on systems development for schedule and progress reporting including dashboard for project updates.• Ensure systems and procedures for scheduling are in place to monitor schedule and report progress• Develop micro schedules as required, coordinate challenging work phases and assist the various functional departments.• Participate in reviewing each functional department and ensure it’s consistent with the updates and bi-weekly performance.• Coordinates development of schedule resource loading and leveling; and maintenance and monitoring activities.• Participate in strategic planning and provide recommendations to meet project objectives• Participate in technical committee meetings with stakeholders and present project status• Perform and manage ad hoc project reviews, analysis and provide recommendations and solutions to upper management
