Lead the planning team of the Development Programs Shallow Offshore Department
Resources capacity planning for the department
Establish schedule ‘baseline’ for all the phases and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance
Weekly update of overall integrated project schedule including S-Curves and Histograms
Prepare internal planning reports for Project Management and Project Team to monitor FEED/EPC contractor project and performance
Analyse contractor weekly schedule updates and highlight any areas of concern
Monitor FEED/EPC Contractor/ Sub-Contractor interfaces and highlight any areas of concern
Actively participate in schedule risk analysis workshops
Advise senior management of potential schedule conflicts and propose resolutions
Ensure that all project planning, reporting, and change control comply with OMV corporate standards
Ensure FEED/EPC contractor forecasting is realistic and achievable.
Participate in weekly and monthly contractor progress review meetings
Participate in IAP (Integrated Activity Planning) meetings in the Offshore Asset
