February, 2015 This $250M project was fast tracked with a very detailed schedule. Over 12,000 activities were necessary to document design, pre-construction, long lead procurement items, the construction of over 500,000 sf of Fab space and the commissioning of approximately 900 systems and pieces of equipment. With respect to the thought that went into the building of this schedule and the shear amount of logical relationships between activities, this schedule was the most complex OnTrack has ever helped put together.
