- Involved in Boiler Erection activity including the inspection of boiler pressure parts & boiler structure
- Coordinating the vendors, contractors
- Involved in successfull hydotest of boiler
- Preparing a NCR Report of incomplete activities before hydrotest.
Planning & Monitoring :-
- Creation of WBS (Work breakdown structure)
- Tracking & Monitoring of activities during project execution stage
- Scenario creating a crtical and non critical activities
- Comparison of baseline schedule with current schedule
- Evaluation of forecast cost and forecast duration using a earn value method
Development of Report & Graphics :-
- Calculating the actual project progress percentage achieved on a month to month basis and comparing with a planned progress. ie preparing a 'S' Curve.
