· Development of Construction Schedule & and determining the optimal sequence of operations on the construction site, & complete the Project within set deadlines, on budget, and in line with all the relevant safety standards and regulations
· Resource lodging & updating the Construction schedule.
· Preparation of Project Budget, Cash Flow.
· Preparation of EVM (Earn value Management System) and update.
· Preparation& update the resources mobilization plan (manpower mobilization plan, procurement plan, and equipment mobilization plan).
· Progress calculation & updating
· Preparation of Recovery plan (mitigation plan) to catch up the delay.
· Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule
