Supervise/provide the planning function for procurement, construction, offshore installation, commissioning & start-up such as schedule basis and integrated schedule development, supply chain detail schedule development, providing accurate & timely “what-if” schedule scenarios as required by Project Management, maintain Critical Path, progress measurement system development, Monitor, updating schedule, providing timely variance analysis and an early warning to management on critical or near critical activities and reporting to project management team.
